Maternity sessions hold a special place in my heart. There’s something truly magical about capturing the final weeks before a new life arrives—when everything is filled with anticipation, excitement, and that soft glow of new beginnings. Megan’s maternity session was no exception. Set against the backdrop of a stunning sunset on the beach, the evening was a perfect mix of calm and excitement.

Megan, her husband, and their loyal dog were all smiles as they shared the moment, knowing that soon their lives would be forever changed. But that evening, it was all about the present. About savoring the last few weeks of pregnancy, about feeling that excitement of what's to come, and about cherishing every tiny moment before their baby girl made her entrance into the world. T

We had our moments of gentle direction for more intimate, posed shots, but we also captured the raw, unguarded moments—the laughter, the quiet touches, and the gentle interactions between Megan and her husband as they navigated those final weeks before welcoming their little one. And then, a few weeks later, I had the incredible honor of meeting Megan’s baby girl. After capturing her maternity session, I had the privilege of documenting their life at home as a family of three. It felt like a natural continuation, a new chapter of their journey unfolding.
